Customer service system disruption resolved
The disruption in our customer service system, which affected email communication and the MyRopo Message Center, has been resolved this morning.
Email traffic is now functioning normally, and the MyRopo Message Center is also operational. The disruption was caused by a configuration error in the system, which has now been fixed.

**We are currently experiencing a disruption in our customer service system, which prevents us from receiving or sending emails in Ropo’s Service Support and End-customer Service. Due to this disruption, the MyRopo Message Center is also not operating.

We are investigating the cause of the disruption and will provide updates as soon as the issue has been resolved.
