Payouts will be completed this afternoon
Earlier today, we informed you about delays in payouts scheduled for Friday, October 17, and Monday, October 20. The root cause has now been identified, and today’s payouts will be completed this afternoon.
The delay was caused by system updates and payment recalls initiated by banks due to a system issue at Danske Bank. This has required more extensive manual reconciliation than usual before processing payouts.
It is possible that the Danske Bank issue may cause occasional delays in the coming days, but we are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates if needed.
