Today, November 5, 2025, MyRopo Message Center experienced a temporary disruption between 10:35 and 10:58.

During this time, customers were unable to send new messages, read previous messages, or reply to them. All other MyRopo functionalities operated normally throughout the period. The issue was resolved quickly, and the service has been operating normally since then.
