Disruption in our phone and chat services
Updates
Our customer service channels are operating normally again
On 17 March 2026, a service disruption occurred that in some cases prevented customers from contacting our customer service by phone or via chat. The network issue affecting our phone service was resolved on the afternoon of 17 March 2026, and the chat service disruption was fixed this morning, 18 March 2026.
The chat service disruption was related to changes made as part of a system update, which affected the LiveChat functionality in certain usage scenarios. The issue has been reviewed, and the chat service has been restored to normal operation.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.
