Ropo's customer service Chat temporarily unavailable

The technical vulnerability detected in the MyRopo Chat service has been resolved, and the service is now operating normally.
The vulnerability was related to session management within the service. It was identified at Ropo during development work aimed at improving security, as part of our internal control processes.
As a precaution, we temporarily disabled the Chat to ensure that the service meets all of our quality and security requirements. The vulnerability did not compromise any customer data.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A technical vulnerability was identified in the MyRopo Chat service this morning, requiring further review to ensure full functionality and quality of the service. We have temporarily taken the Chat service offline until we have confirmed that it meets all of our quality and security requirements.
All other customer service channels are operating normally. We have published a notice on our website directing end customers to send a message via the MyRopo Message Center, contact our customer service by phone, or manage payment-related matters independently through the MyRopo online service.
We will continue to update the Service Health page as our evaluation progresses. You can follow updates at status.ropo.com.
