Suspected disruption in the delivery of e‑invoices and direct payments to POP Bank customers
Updates
We have now received from Nordea a list of e‑invoices and direct payments that, due to an issue in the interbank process, were not delivered to POP Bank customers between 7 and 9 April 2026.
We are reviewing the affected invoices based on the list and will take the necessary follow-up actions. We will contact separately those of our clients who have been impacted by the issue in invoice delivery. No action is required from you.
We apologize for any inconvenience the disruption may have caused.

Nordea and POP Bank are currently investigating a suspected disruption in the interbank process affecting the delivery of e‑invoices and direct payments sent between 7–9 April 2026 to POP Bank customers. Based on customer contacts received so far, some of the invoices sent during this period may not have been delivered to their intended recipients.
At this stage, it is unfortunately not possible to identify the individual invoices or invoice numbers affected by the suspected disruption. We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information from the banks.
