Delays in the delivery of e invoices to Nordea and S-Pankki recipients

Nordea has informed us that the delivery issue affecting e‑invoices and direct payments sent on 5–6 May 2026 has been resolved. The delayed invoices were delivered to recipients between 7 and 9 May 2026, and no new delays have been observed.
The issue affected a limited number of e‑invoices and direct payments sent to recipients at Nordea and S‑Pankki between 5 and 6 May 2026.
We apologise for any inconvenience the incident may have caused.

Some of our clients have experienced delays in the delivery of e invoices and direct payment to recipients at Nordea and S-Pankki. The issue affects a limited number of invoices sent between 5 and 6 May 2026.
